Privacy notice (KVKK)

This notice has been prepared to inform you about the purposes and methods of processing your personal data, in accordance with Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

What data is processed on this site?

• The site has no membership system. Visit statistics are kept using aggregate measurement tools that do not use cookies (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights). Only if you give explicit consent are Google Analytics 4 cookies used to measure page views and clicks on contact links. Details are available in the cookie policy.
• Due to hosting requirements, technical logs (IP address, browser information, access time) may be retained for a limited period by the service provider to ensure the secure operation of the site.
• When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, your name, contact details and the content of your message are processed to respond to your appointment or information request.
• When you fill in the callback form on the contact page, your name, phone number and optional message are recorded in the dental practice's management system and forwarded to the dental practice's email address, for the purpose of calling you back. The form does not ask you to provide health information. To prevent misuse, your IP address is not stored; only an irreversible summary of it is used for a short-term attempt limit. Records are deleted once they become unnecessary after your request has been resolved.

Processing purposes and legal grounds

Data is processed for the purposes of responding to appointment and information requests (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, establishment of a contract), fulfilling legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç), and ensuring the security of the site (Art. 5/2-f, legitimate interest). Health data processed during the examination process is processed under KVKK Art. 6 and by the dentist, who is bound by a duty of confidentiality.

Transfer

Personal data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Site hosting, database, email delivery and measurement services are provided through providers located abroad (Vercel Inc., Supabase Inc., Resend Inc., and, if you give permission, Google LLC); in this context, technical logs may be transferred in accordance with KVKK Art. 9.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, and to object. You may submit your requests to info@dirimbozok.com.
